Ann left college with an SHNC in Business Studies and joined Lothian Health Board in their Internal Audit Department. Moving back to Morayshire, she worked for Smiths Gore for four years before joining Bowlts Chartered Surveyors in 1991.
As well as managing our own accounts and payroll departments, Ann provides clients with a comprehensive range of book-keeping services,. These book-keeping services include providing a full audit trail for accountants at year end, monthly management reports and cashflow budgeting, VAT returns and partial exemption calculations, payroll, including annual returns and a property management system which provides a diary system to control rent reminders, reviews and terminations and rent demands.
