Whilst at Moray Council, Caroline had responsibility for GIS across the Council including the implementation of ArcSDE, a GIS data management system and the development of intranet and internet Web GIS using ArcIMS . She also developed the use of GIS in the preparation of the Moray Development Plan and council strategies, including the Indicative Forestry Strategy (Royal Town Planning Institute Awards 2002 - Commendation) and Wind Energy Guidance.
As GIS Coordinator, Caroline will be looking to develop the use of GIS within Bowlts to further enhance the service offered for mapping, planning and development work, retained estates and individual clients.
