Mark Yeadon BSc

M ark joined Bowlts to assist in the expansion of the company’s Survey Department.. Through studying Topographic Science at Glasgow University , Mark gained a good knowledge and understanding of cartographic design and geomatics. After graduating in 2000, Mark put his studies into application, working on a variety of land survey projects and becoming familiar with the procedures and practices associated with land surveying.

Prior to leaving on a year long working holiday in Australia , Mark joined us on a short term contract to assist with some of our surveying, GIS and planning projects.

Whilst in Australia , Mark worked for two survey companies, one in Townsville the other in Surfers Paradise. During these short-term contracts he was involved in setting out works for the development of a high-rise building and a large-scale housing project.

As well as being involved in the firm’s mapping work and planning projects in a range of capacities, Mark has played an integral role in the development of the Survey Department. He is now training for his chartership with the RICS whilst working for a range of clients on a variety of projects.
