We will subsequently oversee the preparation of attractive particulars,
press releases, advertisements and an advertising budget. We are
able to prepare plans (including the title plans at the point of
sale), with everything presented for your approval. We will then
maintain regular contact with you and your other professional advisors
throughout the sale process, including liaison regarding the setting
of closing dates and assisting with the completion of a successful
deal.
Purchasing Property...
Following initial discussions to clarify your requirements, we will
seek to identify suitable properties on the market or coming to
the market. We can prepare purchase reports and valuations to assist
you in your decision making and to enable deadlines to be met.
Once a suitable property is found, we will negotiate the purchase
on your behalf, often at a keener price than you could achieve alone,
while maintaining close contact with you and your other advisors
on the detailed submission of offers and completion of purchase.
Following a successful deal, we can undertake, where appropriate,
the management of the property and/or provide planning and design
services for any necessary renovations or extensions, including
the full administration of all building works, if required.
Letting Rural Property...
We provide cost effective letting services for owners of all kinds
of properties - from farms to cottages. We are able to recommend
the most suitable form of tenancy, advise on current rental levels,
arrange advertising, prepare inventories, records of condition and
identify and reference suitable tenants.
We will draw up the tenancy agreement, liaise with solicitors where
necessary and arrange for the collection of deposits. Subsequently,
we have the resources to manage all aspects of the let including
the collection of rents, rent reviews and the preparation of accounts,
as required by your accountants.
