FREE CENTRAL HEATING!

The Scottish Executive have announced a scheme open to pensioners who can apply for completely free installation of central heating along with such items as draught-proofing and other energy efficient works.

It is the occupier who applies for this funding, but it will be beneficial for landlords to identify aged tenants in properties needing an upgrade.
