We are delighted to announce that our 2022 Rural Graduate Scheme is now open for applications. We welcome applications from graduates studying an RICS accredited degree, or from those studying non-accredited degrees looking to follow a career in property.
Applicants will benefit from hands on experience and training from the beginning of their employment, with regular, ongoing CPD opportunities available. Full training costs are covered by the firm, including professional membership costs and attendance of training courses, with an ongoing commitment by all staff to facilitate training throughout the year.

RURAL PRACTICE CHARTERED SURVEYOR AND TRAINEE CHARTERED SURVEYOR POSITIONS
Due to an increasing workload, we are looking to expand our rural practice department. Our office is based at Pluscarden, near Elgin, Moray. We currently have a staff of 15 and our core activity is property consultancy and rural estate management.
We are currently accepting applications for both a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor as well as a Trainee Chartered Surveyor.
The successful applicants will join our rural practice team, which consists of four fully qualified land agents. Both positions are full-time, working Monday to Friday, and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.

PROPERTY MANAGER
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager, to assist with all aspects of our Property Lettings and Sales Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of our let property portfolio. Applicants must have previous experience in the management of residential properties, together with a good understanding of current legislation regarding let properties and the PRT.
A current driving licence and use of a car would be essential for this role.
The hours for this position are negotiable.
