Trees play a crucial role in both rural and urban environments and increasingly require specialist and sensitive management.  We are able to carry out tree condition surveys, pre-development tree surveys in accordance with industry standards (BS5837) and provide tree and woodland management plans for landowners and developers.  We also have expertise in project managing arboricultural and amenity landscaping contracts and the management of specialist tree collections.

RURAL PRACTICE CHARTERED SURVEYOR AND TRAINEE CHARTERED SURVEYOR POSITIONS

Due to an increasing workload, we are looking to expand our rural practice department. Our office is based at Pluscarden, near Elgin, Moray. We currently have a staff of 15 and our core activity is property consultancy and rural estate management.

We are currently accepting applications for both a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor as well as a Trainee Chartered Surveyor.

The successful applicants will join our rural practice team, which consists of four fully qualified land agents. Both positions are full-time, working Monday to Friday, and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.

PROPERTY MANAGER

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager, to assist with all aspects of our Property Lettings and Sales Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of our let property portfolio.  Applicants must have previous experience in the management of residential properties, together with a good understanding of current legislation regarding let properties and the PRT.  

A current driving licence and use of a car would be essential for this role.

The hours for this position are negotiable.
