Atholl Newlands joined the firm in 1995 and is now responsible for the management of the Elgin Office and heads up the Property Services Team.
Atholl has active involvement in all areas of the firm’s work but specialises in the negotiation of access rights, wayleave terms and compensation payments on behalf of clients affected by a variety of water, gas, electricity and road improvement schemes, the letting of telecommunications mast sites and advising clients on matters relating to renewable energy proposals.
